Property advisors (m/f)

Your role

• Acquisition and professional account management of clients and properties
• Property evaluation and presentation
• Creation of professional sales documents
• Property visits
• Negotiation of sales contracts and/or leases up to legal closure of the sales process

Your profile

•  Prior sales experience, ideally in property
•  People skills, excellent presentation and negotiating skills
•  Excellent organisational and communications skills
•  Effective, autonomous and results-oriented way of working
•  Entrepreneurial thinking and actions
•  Good geographical knowledge of the region and Walsall
•  Experience with Office applications
•  Good level of English
